Lafayette – Winona Civic League Meeting Agenda

Tuesday, September 16th

 7 pm: Call to Order

Pledge of Allegiance, Welcoming to the 2025 / 26 Civic League Season.

7:02 pm: Introduction of Committee Chairs

Committee Chairs will introduce themselves and their Committees to the Civic League. Chairs will give an idea of the Committee's goals for the year, as well as how Civic League Members can become involved in their Committee. 

7:15 pm: Presentation HRSD / Hazen & Sawyer

Project Managers for the neighborhood “Pump Work” will present their project plans and accomplishments to the Civic League. As well as answer questions. 

7:45 pm: Treasurer Report 

Civic League Treasurer, Nancy Eyler, will present the current financial state of the Civic League, in addition to reviewing any recent spending.

7:48 pm: Good for the Order 

Questions / Input from Members, Additional Announcements, Announce next Meeting Date Tuesday, October 21, 2025. 

8 pm: Adjourn
