• Call to order.
• Pledge of allegiance.
• Welcome from the president.

7:05 pm:

• Preparation for a New Year.
• The President will address the importance of joining a committee.
• Introduction of committees for committee reports.
  • Dog Park Committee (Susan Jones).
  • Social / Communication Committee (Rebecca Shultz).
  • Events Committee (Amanda Pine).
  • Treasurer Report (Nancy Eyler).

7:25 pm:

• HRSD/Hazen and Sewer Project Managers will provide an update on the Pump Station Project.

7:50 pm:

• Good for the Order.
• The floor will be open for membership to discuss any important information.
