CASA volunteers are specially trained to work alongside judges\, attorneys\, and social workers to ensure that each child’s best interests are represented and that they have a safe\, permanent home as quickly as possible. \nChristine will also speak about the critical need for volunteers in our community. CASA volunteers play a unique and powerful role by building consistent\, supportive relationships with children during some of the most challenging times in their lives. \nIf you’ve ever considered giving back in a meaningful way\, this is a great opportunity to learn how you can make a lasting impact right here in Norfolk.

His background in weather communication and public safety now supports his work helping Norfolk residents and neighborhoods better prepare for disasters and emergencies.
